Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
We keep user data only for as long as we need to provide the functionality offered by our service. This time period may depend on what we are using user data for. For example, if the user has provided us with personal information as part of creating an account with us or through third-party authorization, we may retain this information for the duration that the account exists on our system. If the data is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify the user.
Data archiving and removal policy
Our system detects when a user has deactivated their account or the Oauth permissions necessary to provide the core features. When deactivation is detected, our system marks the account for deletion and we delete the account and all associated data within 60 days.
If the user asks for deletion of their data, we remove all user data and user associated data within 14 days of the request.
User event data is automatically purged every 3 months.
We run daily back-ups on our databases that are removed after 6 months.
Data storage policy
We store application and user data in our secure and private databases. These databases are protected with an encrypted passwords and industry-grade network-level security provided by our hosting service.
